Restricted Potable Water Supply to Burdekin Falls Dam

Update 2 | 12.30pm – Tuesday 11 July 2023

Due to further maintenance works, there will be restricted potable water supply at the Burdekin Falls Dam caravan park and campgrounds until 6:00pm Thursday 13 July 2023.

Sunwater encourages residents and visitors to be prudent of their water use during this period.

We thank the community for their ongoing patience as these maintenance works are undertaken and apologise for the inconvenience.

Effective immediately, due to emergency maintenance works there will be restricted potable water supply at the Burdekin Falls Dam caravan park and campgrounds until 6:00pm Sunday 9 July 2023.

Sunwater encourages residents and visitors to be prudent of their water use during this period. A further update will be provided when the restriction is lifted.
