As of Friday 30 October, Sunwater’s customer forms have been updated to increase the privacy of customer accounts and streamline the processes associated with managing business with Sunwater.
The review of forms has resulted in updates to easily identify authorised account holders, reflect current scheme rules and general business processes within the form terms and conditions, and to increase the timeframe required for property transfer or purchase processing.

Please note that many of the transactions captured in the below forms can be completed through Sunwater Online (also accessible via the ‘My Account’ tab on the Sunwater homepage) without the need to download, print, fill and send paper forms. The guides available under ‘Help’, ‘Managing my account’ and ‘Help with Sunwater Online’ provide a step-by-step guide on how to complete the requests online.
