Notice of Invitation to Tender – Eungella Pipeline
Sunwater (as agent for Eungella Water Pipeline Pty Ltd ACN 070 999 236 (“Eungella”)) is inviting offers to enter into a Water Supply Agreement for a fixed term of 20 years in respect of water supplied along the Eungella Pipeline owned by Eungella. Terms and conditions of the invitation are contained in an Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) released on the Qtender website on Wednesday 18 September 2019.
The Water Supply Agreement the subject of the ITT is a ‘bundled’ service, that provides a customer with supply and transportation of a volume of water along the Pipeline out of Eungella’s Water Allocation (being High A2 Priority water allocation number 5/AP14988).
Transportation services past the Moranbah Terminal Storage are not provided under the Water Supply Agreement and are not the subject of the ITT.
The ITT will be conducted using the Queensland Government’s QTender website. Interested parties must first register on Qtender in order to lodge a Tender. To register on Qtender, please access the following link: https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/
Invitation to Tender (now closed) – Burdekin Dam
Sunwater is inviting tenders for acquisition of term allocations of 5000ML high priority (HP) and 42,000ML medium priority (MP) water allocations from Burdekin Haughton Water Supply Scheme.
Over the last 12 months the demand profile in the Burdekin Water Supply Scheme has shifted significantly and given stated demands now outstrip supply, Sunwater is launching a tender process to take non-reserved allocations to the market under an open and transparent process.
All customers are encouraged to take part in the invitation to tender process, but Sunwater wishes to emphasise capacity limitations to the network may prevent some irrigators from being granted some or all desired water.
The Invitation to Tender process opens on Saturday 2 March 2019 to 4.30pm Friday 29 March 2019. The documents listed below, together form the Invitation to Tender issued by SunWater. Download each document by clicking on the link.
Update Wednesday 27 March 2019 – Below document ITT PART 5 has been replaced due to formatting issues in the previous document. The document remains unchanged from a substantive perspective.
When completing an Offer document, Tenderers are required to acknowledge that they have received and read the entire Invitation to Tender (comprising the various Parts listed above).
Please lodge your tender in accordance with the tender documents by sending tenders to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tenders must be received by 4:30pm Friday 29 March 2019. For more information call Sunwater on 13 15 89.
