The 2023 Sunwater Touchpoint customer survey is live.

As a measure of our commitment to customer advocacy, we conduct biannual surveys to gather feedback from our customers. The insights we gather play a crucial role in allowing us to continuously improve and meet the changing needs of our valued customers. 

The survey takes approximately three minutes to complete and contains six questions including an ‘other comments’ field for additional feedback.

By answering these questions, you’re providing us with vital feedback that allows Sunwater to continue to improve our customer support and service delivery.
