Join us for a free, family-friendly day out at Lake Monduran!

There will be plenty of activities for all the family, including live entertainment, kids’ activities, emergency service displays, a sausage sizzle, and much more.

Come and talk to our friendly Sunwater team about the Bundaberg Water Supply Scheme, the history of Fred Haigh Dam and how it works, and how you can prepare for local weather events. 

Lake Monduran is just 20 minutes from Gin Gin and 60 minutes from Bundaberg.

Fred Haigh Dam Open Day is brought to you in conjunction with the 2023 Tackle World Bundaberg Family Fishing Classic.
