Sunwater is developing a proposal to submit to the Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) in late 2023. This will inform irrigation prices for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2029.
Presentations
We have been hosting face to face customer forums to align with a three-stage engagement strategy designed to support the development of our pricing proposal. The purpose of these sessions has been to speak directly with customers about:
how irrigation prices are set
draft future costs and prices
the following proposals:
changes to Service and Performance plans
changes to the way renewals expenditure is recovered through irrigation prices
a permanent, symmetrical electricity cost pass-through mechanism in seven schemes.
Sunwater distributes copies of presentations and factsheets at our face-to-face customer forums and we have ensured all project materials are also available on our website.
