Customers who log into our card payment portal might notice that it looks a bit different.
That’s because we’ve changed over to BPoint, which is a widely used credit card payment facility provided by Commonwealth Bank.
Although the appearance of the portal has changed, the general process for both digital and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) remains the same.
