Tinaroo Falls Dam | Temporary closure of crest walkway

Update 2 – Thursday, 20 August 2026, 3:20pm

Access to the crest and spillway viewing area of Tinaroo Falls Dam is expected to remain temporarily closed for a further two weeks.

 

An update will be provided when the area reopens.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused for this extended temporary closure.

Update 1 – Thursday, 30 July 2026, 1:45pm

From Monday 3 August 2026, access to the crest and spillway viewing area of Tinaroo Falls Dam will be temporarily closed to the public for approximately three weeks.

The temporary closure is to ensure the safety of visitors during planned works.

An update will be provided when the area reopens.
