Warning area: Downstream of Julius Dam

Julius Dam is spilling excess water into Leichhardt River. Water flows from Julius Dam are expected to remain within beds and banks of the river. Expect increased river flows today. There is no immediate danger.  

What you should do  

  • Decide what you will do if flooding starts.  
  • Do not enter floodwater, rivers or creeks.
