Just starting your career? Sunwater’s structured pathways will help you build practical skills and cement your future in the water industry.

Graduate program

Our graduate program includes three rotations over 18 months. You will work with different teams and be supported by a network of leaders and mentors.

You’ll get to work at sites across Queensland and on projects that directly benefit regional communities.

Current opportunities

Apprenticeships

Our apprentices support our operations teams at locations across Queensland. Apprenticeships are usually four years, and we provide the training and support you need to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification.

We offer apprenticeships as:

  • electricians
  • mechanical fitters.
