Sunwater has reopened to the public the section of Burdekin Falls Dam access road directly below the spillway. Please drive to the conditions to ensure your safety.

As is standard practice before Burdekin Falls Dam begins spilling water, Sunwater will close the section of Burdekin Falls Dam Road directly below the spillway at 4pm. This section of the road will remain closed while the dam continues to spill.
