Update: Interruption to Burdekin Falls Dam campsite power supply

The planned electrical maintenance works at Burdekin Falls Dam is postponed until further notice.

Sunwater will keep the community informed of any updates.

Update 1 – 15 September 2021 | 1.00pm

Due to electrical maintenance works, there will be an interruption to power supply at the Burdekin Falls Dam campsite between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September 2021.  

This outage extends to use of the swimming pool, all powered sites, electric BBQs, site office and the pay station. Card payments will be available at the pay station located at the office once power is restored. 

Please limit site water usage during the outage.
