How do I give SunWater feedback?
You can give us feedback by accessing the Contact Us page.

How can I make a complaint about SunWater?
Your feedback is important to us and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our business. If you would like to make a complaint about a SunWater service, product or employee you can use the online feedback form, phone 13 15 89 or post a letter to SunWater, PO Box 15536, Qld City East 4002. Anonymous complaints can be made via telephone and mail.

What is the Part A Rebate?
In December 2006 the State Government announced that it would introduce a rebate scheme for the fixed (Part A) charges component of some drought affected rural irrigators’ water bills. This is a government rebate that is administered by the Queensland Rural Adjustment Authority (QRAA), not SunWater.

The scheme is now operational and covers fixed water charges invoiced between July 1, 2006, and June 30, 2008. To receive the rebate, irrigators must apply through QRAA and have paid their water charges invoice from their water service provider (eg. SunWater). Special arrangements may be available in cases of financial hardship.

I've forgotten my SunWaterOnline password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your SunWaterOnline password, click on the SunWaterOnline "Login" button on the Home Page. This will open up the SunWaterOnline login window where you can click on the "Forgotten Password" link and then answer your security questions.

How do I change my SunWaterOnline password?
Take these steps to change your password:

Login to SunWaterOnline

  • Click the Change Password menu item under the My Access Tab
  • Complete the Old Password field
  • Complete the New Password field
  • Complete the Confirm New Password field
  • Click Submit
  • Click Continue
