SunWater is committed to minimising the environmental impact of it business operations on the natural environments in which we operate for the benefit of current and future generations.
We have developed an Environmental Management System (EMS) to meet our responsibilities and to ensure that through continually reviewing and improving our processes we are focused on achieving a high standard of care for the natural environment. The EMS is consistent with international requirements of ISO 14001:2004 and third party certified, and operates across the entire organisation to play a central role in driving the organisation to minimise its environmental impacts.
The Environment Policy is a road map for the future direction of SunWater as an environmentally aware organisation. In conjunction with our staff code of conduct and corporate objectives, this policy guides SunWater’s business operations in the way we meet statutory obligations, our own corporate goals and progression towards sustainable practices.
