Welcome to SunWaterOnline Registration

To register for a SunWaterOnline account you need to be a customer of SunWater or an authorised representative of a customer.

SunWaterOnline provides customers with the ability to register all customer accounts under one login ID and password. Relevant Account Holders will need to authorise access where applicable.

Before you begin the SunWaterOnline registration process, please ensure you have:

• an active email account (Make sure you know the address for your account)
• a copy of a recent water statement, for customer and water account information
• a computer with Internet access that meets the minimum access requirements of:
  • 128K RAM – minimum (256K – recommended)
  • P3 processor – minimum (P4 – recommended)
  • 700Mhz processor speed – minimum (1GB – recommended)
  • 20GB hard disk – minimum (30GB – recommended)
  • 28kbps modem speed – minimum (56kbps – recommended)
  • Internet Explorer Version 5 – minimum
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • a printer
