Sponsorship

At SunWater we are dedicated to supporting community events and activities. Whether it’s through the sponsorship of regional festivals or provision of promotional materials for school fetes, SunWater is proud of its sponsorship activities.

SunWater sponsorship activities aim to reinforce our commitment to regional communities.

Generally, SunWater endorses the sponsorship of community events that have a positive impact on the lives of our customers and their respective communities. SunWater is proud of its association with events that contribute to community objectives and create opportunities for social gathering and interaction.

Application for Sponsorship

In order for a sponsorship request to be considered, sponsorship applicants must fill in the application form.

Evaluation

All sponsorship requests will be evaluated based on the following criteria, and other applicable criteria, at our discretion:

1. Does the activity reach SunWater customers or communities where SunWater operates?
2. Does the activity have a wide-ranging benefit, for multiple groups and/or communities?

Contract

Should your sponsorship proposal be accepted, SunWater will send you notification by mail. However, before your invoice can be paid you will be required to sign our Terms of Sponsorship.

A brief summary of the activity or event outcomes is also required. This will help SunWater evaluate its contribution to the activity and may be used as historical information for future sponsorship requests.

Disclaimer

Please note that all sponsorship applications received may not necessarily be funded or supported. SunWater endeavours to support a large number of community activities, but we have a limited sponsorship budget and cannot necessarily sponsor all the events that request sponsorship.
