Water Trading
Trading of SunWater allocation
SunWater, like other water allocation holders, is able to trade its water allocations in the water market. To facilitate this SunWater has appointed Waterfind to sell its temporary transfer water throughout Queensland.
SunWater has developed the Water Trading Framework to ensure that its water trading activities:
- comply with the Water Trading Code of Conduct; and
- are conducted with the same market information constraints as other market participants
Individual scheme water supply trading strategies are available in the table below.
For more information about water trading, ringfencing guidelines and water trading dispute resolution, visit the Water Trading page found within Water for Sale.
