Project Managers perform at the highest levels of professionalism with formal certification of both SunWater systems and Project Managers.

SunWater’s Project Management systems ensure that projects are managed to provide; transparency of operations, customer-focused activity, appropriate managerial oversight, timeliness of completion, effective financial controls, responsible environmental management, effective health and safety controls, and quality outcomes to established criteria.

SunWater maintains a Quality Management System, covering all of its business processes, to meet the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001 and has been accredited as a Project Management Organisation (PMO) by the Australian Institute of Project Management.
