Our conditions of contract

We value the relationship with our industry providers of goods and/or services and endeavor to make it easy for our providers to conduct business with us. As such, SunWater is currently reviewing its procurement processes and how it engages the marketplace for its supply of goods and services.

This review includes SunWater’s suite of general terms and conditions of contract for when it purchases its goods and services. The changes to this suite of contract documentation will be progressively published on this site.

Request for Offer Conditions

By submitting a response to a Request for Offer (your response will be an Offer and you will be an Offeror), you will be acknowledging that you are bound by the relevant Request for Offer Conditions. A sample of SunWater’s Request for Offer Conditions can be found here. This is a sample only and is only meant to operate as a guide on our general terms and conditions in relation to a Request for Offer. This sample is not incorporated into the contract.

When a Request for Offers is called, the relevant conditions will form part of the tender documentation.


Tenders will be called through the Queensland Government website QTenders. All Vendors interested in supplying goods or services to SunWater should ensure that they are registered on this website to receive notifications for open tenders when they are posted.
